Deltabit´s senior management have been involved with corporate relocations for over 20 years; our expertise originally derived from Data Centre and Comms Room relocations. Recognising that this was one of the key elements when relocating your office, we developed our services to cover the entire business relocation process.

Intelligent space planning of offices is vital when relocating and so in 1999 we extended our IT and CAD capabilities into this area by bringing in interior designers and furniture experts.

By 2003, we had developed a network of surveyors and building service consultants so that we could offer a complete building appraisal service to our office move clients.

Our service now extends to fit-out project management including the production of license to alter documentation and other landlord liaison activities.

A successful office relocation is a result of many months planning and liaising with our Clients to assist with the development of their new environment. Our fully comprehensive business relocation management service brings in various 3rd party contractors to undertake the work and is complimented by our IT Relocation division.

Once our clients are settled into their new offices our Deltabit Support Service is often engaged which extends across both IT Support and all elements of Facilities Management services.
